Born and raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut, Jesse DiFiore’s early fondness for the San Juan Mountains of Colorado became evident through frequent family visits to the region. Drawn to the charm of Telluride, Jesse chose to make it his permanent home. Today, he is settled in Telluride alongside his wife, Jenny DiFiore, and their two sons, Will and Ryan.
Jesse’s academic journey saw him spend two foundational years at the University of Montana in Missoula. After a two-year sabbatical dedicated to travel, he pursued his higher education at Fort Lewis College, Durango, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. In 2006, Jesse embarked on a professional journey with Telluride Properties, joining the newly established Cappella Team. Despite market challenges, Jesse consistently delivered outstanding performance within the team. The relationships he forged during these years led him to co-list the Cassidy Ridge development in Mountain Village.
Following the successful sale of 22 units there, he was entrusted with the listing of the redeveloped Ice House Lodge in downtown Telluride, where he achieved another complete sell-out of 14 units. To date, Jesse has been instrumental in real estate transactions exceeding $100 million, assisting clients with diverse needs, from large-scale developments to individual condo, residential, and land acquisitions.
